What if I've already had bloodwork done recently?
Most women who've had recent bloodwork still find our panel reveals things their doctor's test missed — because we run 70+ markers instead of the standard 20, including full thyroid, comprehensive hormones, and inflammation markers. Do I need the full bundle or is one lab enough?

Is this covered by insurance?
No. Functional testing isn't covered by standard insurance because it's designed to catch dysfunction, not disease. Most clients pay with HSA/FSA funds since it qualifies as a medical expense. Check with your plan administrator if needed.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund anytime before your kit ships. Once the kit is shipped, no refunds on the lab itself (the lab fees are locked in with our partners). The review call is guaranteed — if you don't feel you got real value from your practitioner, we'll refund the review portion. No questions, no fight.
