Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FitMom ("FitMom," "we," "our," or "us"). FitMom is a registered business operating as FitMom Lifestyle, doing business as FitMom.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.fitmom.co (the "Site"), including any content, programs, products, services, memberships, digital downloads, coaching, lab reviews, consultations, and community platforms offered by FitMom.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase any products or services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Read This Carefully)

FitMom provides functional health coaching and education. We are not a medical provider, hospital, or emergency service.

Liz Roman and Becca Chilczenkowski are board-certified functional health practitioners, but they are not medical doctors. FitMom practitioners do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

All information provided through the Site, programs, coaching, lab reviews, recommendations, protocols, messages, or communications is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

You must consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing any health, nutrition, supplement, exercise, or lifestyle program. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information obtained through FitMom.

You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your own health decisions and outcomes.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or improvements in health. Individual results vary based on many factors outside our control, including compliance, medical history, genetics, lifestyle, and consistency.

Any testimonials or examples shared are not promises of results.

4. Services and Programs

FitMom may offer, including but not limited to:

  • Functional health coaching

  • Educational programs and courses

  • Digital downloads and guides

  • Lab testing coordination and lab review services

  • Membership communities

  • Group programs

  • Consultations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing any product, service, or program, you authorize FitMom to charge your selected payment method.

Programs & Payment Plans

Some services include an initial 6-month program commitment. If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all payments regardless of participation, attendance, or results.

Month-to-Month Continuations

After completion of an initial program, clients may be offered a month-to-month continuation option. Continuation is not automatic and requires discussion and approval with your assigned coach.

Month-to-month services, if offered, renew monthly unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, FitMom may suspend access to services, content, or platforms until payment is resolved.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, educational content, coaching services, lab coordination, and program delivery:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, credits, or chargebacks are permitted under any circumstances unless required by law.

This applies to:

  • Coaching programs

  • Payment plans

  • Digital products and guides

  • Lab testing and lab reviews

  • Memberships and communities

Failure to participate, complete assignments, attend calls, or follow recommendations does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Lab Testing & Third-Party Services

FitMom coordinates services using third-party platforms and providers, including but not limited to Skool, Practice Better, Stripe, ManyChat, HubSpot, and independent laboratory providers.

FitMom does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or errors

  • Laboratory processing times, pricing, or availability

  • Payment processor issues

  • Data handling practices of third parties

Lab result interpretation provided by FitMom is educational only and not diagnostic or prescriptive.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, videos, logos, downloads, programs, and branding—is the intellectual property of FitMom Functional Health and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Share false or misleading information

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  • Share or resell FitMom content

We reserve the right to remove users or terminate access at our sole discretion.

10. Community Guidelines

If you participate in any FitMom community (including private groups or platforms):

  • Be respectful

  • No medical advice-giving to other members

  • No spam, promotion, or solicitation

Violations may result in removal without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitMom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or content.

Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitMom Functional Health, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
