We’re not here to rip that away. Instead of banning everything you love, we help you understand how your body responds to certain foods—and then we make strategic shifts where it actually matters. What if my labs come back “normal” but I still feel like crap?
Girl… we hear this all. the. time. Just because your labs are “in range” doesn’t mean they’re optimal. The traditional medical system is built on disease management, not functional health. We go deeper. We look at patterns, trends, functional markers, and how your symptoms align with the data. You can feel terrible and still have “normal” labs—until someone who knows what the hell they’re doing actually interprets them through a functional lens. That’s what we do.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Most of our clients are busy moms juggling a hundred things—and we designed the program with that in mind. You’ll have weekly action steps and support, but the time commitment is totally manageable (and flexible). Think: one check-in per week, occasional calls, and maybe 30 minutes a few days a week for meal planning, education, and habit building. Do I need to be tech-savvy to go through the program?
Not at all. If you can open your email, scroll Instagram, and maybe log into Netflix—you’re good. We’ll walk you through everything. Our coaching platform is user-friendly, and we’ve got real humans (not bots) to help if you ever get stuck. You won’t need to “figure it out on your own”—that’s what we’re here for.
Can I do this if I’m already working with a doctor or taking medication?
Yes—absolutely. We work with women on thyroid meds, SSRIs, hormone replacement, autoimmune protocols… you name it. Our approach doesn’t replace your doctor—it complements them. We look at the full picture, help you advocate for yourself, and create a support plan that works with whatever you’re already doing. We’ll also flag anything that might need a conversation with your provider.
How soon will I start to feel better?
Every body is different—but most women start noticing real changes within 2–4 weeks after we get your labs back and start the protocols. That might be better energy, deeper sleep, less bloating, or finally going to the bathroom like a normal human again. The deeper hormonal work can take longer, but we’re with you every step of the way. This isn’t a “quick fix” — it’s a forever fix. And the results are worth the patience.
