<li>Surviving on little sleep - it is essential for good health, physical, mental AND emotional. It's the REAL MVP if you want to reach your physique goals. </li>
<li>Getting by on caffeine / drinking coffee instead of eating - not being hungry until the afternoon is a sign your body is overly stressed, or you’re using caffeine as an appetites suppressant, blunting your need for fuel from real food. </li>
<li>Living off of LOW calories - if you know you know :) </li>
<li>Cutting out whole food groups. </li>
<li>Burning crazy amounts of calories. </li>
<li>The SCALE and being a certain weight. </li>
<li>Taking on too much/saying YES when you should say NO - being the do it all person.</li>
<li>Being a perfectionist.</li>
