Protein is satiating so it will help keep you full longer, reduces cravings, and helps maintain muscle mass. &nbsp;</li> <li>Remove artificial sweeteners and sugar. The more you give into these cravings is to stop giving into them.</li> <li>Veggies - almost no one we know eats enough veggies. Aim to have a big ole salad with protein or 2-3 servings of veggies in a bowl with your favorite seasonings. Can be roasted, steamed, air fried, stir fried…however you like!&nbsp;</li> <li>Sleep! Sleep impacts everything.
