<p>In this episode we talk about the process and how progress is made over the long haul.<br><br><em>This is so important to understand as you focus on the progress and process instead of solely focusing on the product or outcome.<br><br>Process instead of product means giving your all to a process WITHOUT guaranteed results.&nbsp; <br></em><em><br>You cannot comprehend what the body will do, no one can.
