<li>Abnormal eating patterns/Lack of routine</li>

<li>Evaluate what you eat in a day!

<li>Are you eating breakfast? </li>
<li>Are you eating enough nourishing calories?</li>
<li>Are you eating adequate protein?</li>

<li>Develop a Routine/Plan</li>
<li>De-Stress *<em>Anxiety and stress are two of the most common reasons why people eat when they aren't hungry.</em> </li>
<li>Distract yourself</li>
<li>Don’t keep junk food/temptations in the house</li>
<li>Eat dinner later and/or schedule in a late-afternoon snack or after-dinner snack! </li>
