<li>You have to know your WHY to eating better, sleeping, working out, etc. It shouldn’t be JUST for a physical outcome - it should be deeper rooted! </li>

<li>Set boundaries / expectations

<li>In all areas of your life - relationships, habits, work, etc.</li>

<li>Scale up & change your emotional state - if you’re in line and feeling a certain way, take that moment of medication to perceive why you’re feeling that way and what you can do to change it.

<li>You generate your energy, your joy, your happiness. Bring Joy. No one is choosing for you!</li>

<li>Emotions are signals - Guilt can be utilized as a signal to pay attention and do a better job for whatever you feel guilty for.
